Currently, the Moby 5500 is only compatible with an Elavon processor in the US.

Important pre-pairing steps!

Before proceeding, please ensure the following:

  1. Both your phone and card reader are fully charged.
  2. The phone does not have any pending software updates. If there are pending software updates, update the operating system (OS).
  3. The card reader isn’t already paired to another phone.
  4. Don’t try to pair the Moby manually through the phone’s Bluetooth settings. Use the talech Mobile in-app guide.
