Note: The Link 2500 V1 is a supported device, however, if an issue arises and the device is determined to be faulty after exhausting all troubleshooting steps, a direct exchange for the same device is not available. Instead, an exchange must be made for a Link 2500 V2 device.

Pairing your Link 2500

  1. Ensure your Link2500 is fully charged. Press and hold the Green button to power on the device.
  2. Quickly enter 0001 on the keypad and select 3-Bluetooth Parameters > 2-Phone Pairing to put the Link/2500 in pairing mode.
Note: The access code varies based on device version. If this is unsuccessful, enter 0003. The Link2500 screen should then display BT pairing required.
  1. Navigate to the iPad Settings and select Bluetooth.
