Understand the Net Revenue & Receipt Report

This article provides an overview of the Net Revenue & Receipt report on talech.com.

Important Notes:

Items that have not been paid for in full are not reported as revenue until the order containing the item is fully paid for and closed. Example: If a customer starts an order at 12:50pm and the order is closed/paid for at 1:25pm, the revenue will be displayed in the 1:00pm section of the chart.
This report is being carried over from our talech Classic reporting, so does not have the ability to be downloaded or customized in the same way as our other next generation reports available on talech.com.

Log in to talech.com.
Select Reports from the left navigation menu. 
Select the Net Revenue & Receipt report from the list of prepared reports.

By default, the report displays data for the current day, but you can adjust the date range as needed in the date dropdown.

Report details

This report provides net revenue breakdowns for the date(s) you select. There are four ways you can view this information:

Income Summary – Summary of the Gross Revenue, Net Revenue, Taxes and related income details for the date range selected.

Payment Types Table – Breakdown of revenue by payment types for the date range selected that shows sales and refund transaction count, the total collected, and the refund total.
