Linking Service Terms
These Linking Service Terms apply whenever you, a talech user, link your account with Paychex to send and receive data via our linking services. By establishing a connection to your Paychex profile and account (“Paychex”), you agree to the following Terms and consent to talech processing your data.
By providing your Paychex information and login credentials, you are agreeing to use our linking services to connect to Paychex to send and retrieve your account data, subject to these terms. You understand that talech will access and process your Paychex information, link your Paychex account with your talech account, and exchange data to display Paychex information on your talech dashboard. You consent to talech exchanging data with Paychex for these purposes and as described in our Privacy Policy. Such data may include, but is not limited to, employee hours worked, employee payrate, employee names, employee email addresses, and employee phone numbers.
You provide Paychex login credentials at your own risk. By linking to Paychex, you agree that the data sources that maintain your Paychex account and any third parties that interact with your credentials or account data in connection with this service are not liability for any loss, theft, compromise, or misuse whatsoever in connection with this service (including negligence), except to the extent such liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
talech makes no warranties of any kind related to the data exchanged and provided through this service, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. No data exchanged or provided by this service is an official record of any of your Paychex account. talech does not provide calculations, including any calculations of employee wages and overtime. It is your responsibility to pay your employees appropriate wages and overtime. It is also your responsibility to verify the accuracy of any data, including employee timesheet data.
By proceeding and linking your Paychex account, you agree to the terms on this page, authorize and direct talech to process the information you provide and link your Paychex account to your talech account, and agree and consent to talech processing your account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
From time to time, talech may change the Linking Service Terms. Such changes will be effective immediately. Continued use of the linking services indicates your acceptance of those changes.
