talech is pleased to offer gift card reporting, which allows you to track sales and trends tied to your gift card sales.From the talech app
- Log into the talech register app and navigate to Dashboard > Reports.
- Select Summary > Gift Cards from the drop-down menu.
- From Gift Cards report, select a date to view the details for that day.
This report shows you:
- Totals
- Number of gift cards sold
- Value of gift cards sold
- Activity
- Number of activations
- Number of cards that had amounts added
- Number of cards where balance was checked
| Note: This report will only show you information for one specific date. |
From talech.com
Access talech.com view in-depth reporting about the gift card activity in your account.
- Log into talech.com and navigate to Report > Sales Summary.
- In the Sales Trends, change the Metric to Gift Card Sales.
- Change the date range to the period you want to review.
- The line chart shows your gift card sales grouped by Day by default, but you can change the Grouped By metric if needed as well.
- In the data chart, select Columns and check Gift Card Sales. Now you can compare your gift card sales over the date range to your other sales metrics.
