How can I close my account?

Contact Paytura with your MID to close your merchant account.

To close your merchant account, contact Paytura at 1-855-4-PAYTURA or Paytura support and provide your Merchant ID (MID).

At that time we can initiate account closure and arrange a return box for any rented equipment. To ensure a smooth transition:

  • Confirm you receive the closure confirmation email
  • Return all rented equipment — partial steps (only returning equipment, or asking about closure without completing it) may leave the MID active and billing may continue
