  1. Force close the register application.
  2. Go to the iPad's Settings > Wi-Fi to check if the iPad is connected to the correct network.
  3. If you're connected to the correct network, make sure you know the Wi-Fi password, then forget the network and reconnect to it by tapping on the blue circle with an i located on the right side.
  4. Open Register and go to Dashboard. If the cloud is still Yellow, tap on it and check if the number of the Pending action is going down. If the actions are decreasing, then the connection has been restored. Clearing the Pending Actions may take some time.
  5. If the problem persists, contact your network support and or internet service provider to troubleshoot your connection.
Warning! If the cloud icon/bar is red, please contact our 24-hour support at 888-995-1998.

Red Cloud

This means that there was an error saving data. To find out which actions failed, follow these steps:

  1. From Register > Dashboard > Select the Red Cloud (bottom left corner).
  2. This will state the action(s) that failed to save. It is recommended you manually record what these actions are. Once you clear them, they will be irretrievable.
  3. To clear these errors, there is a button labeled Log and Clear Orders. This will erase the failed action(s) and set your application back to its normal state. It is highly recommended to contact our support staff so we can open an investigation to see what occurred.
