These steps apply to merchants processing through Paytura's Elavon-backed terminal programs.
You will receive your terminal after Merchant Identification (MID) approval. Elavon communicates approval in a welcome email that includes your MID and expected device delivery date.
If there are delays, contact Paytura at 1-855-4-PAYTURA or nharman@paytura.ai with your MID so we can help track shipment for all device types.
